Every figure is a state fee. Formation fees and yearly filings come from each state’s own pages (our state research spine); foreign registration fees from the foreign-LLC application pages cited on each state page. Mainstay Filing’s service is named with the price its page showed.
What is counted
Formation fee in the formation state; foreign registration fee in your state; yearly filings in both states for two years, with a two-year filing counted once. Nevada’s formation figure includes the initial list and state business license filed with the articles.What is not
State income, franchise and gross-receipts taxes are separate, are not in these totals and are the same or similar on both routes.
